It's been slow going working on this drawing, but I'm enjoying the mud splatters which is basically just doodling inside the lines. I've gotten this far and I'm pretty pleased with how it's turning out even though the mud looks stylized. We'll see what happens when I approach my old nemesis the rear wheel. I'm using my old standby, 2B pencil but I'm also using the charcoal pencil and a carbon pencil that I bought. I'm really liking the look of the dark blacks without a shine.
